National History National 4-H Headquaters How to Work on a 4-H ProjectEvery 4-H Member should work on and complete at least one project during the 4-H year. Mailbox members work on their projects at home with the help of their parents, other relatives, neighbors, or friends. It is very important that all 4-H’ers, especially mailbox members, read the 4-H Newsletter as soon as it comes in the mail. The newsletter contains very important information about a lot of different events and activities. The 4-H enrollment form instructs members to sign up for up to five projects. One or two projects may be plenty for most 4-H’ers.
