District 5 Horse Show
May 22 (Contest) May 23 (Judged) 2010 ~ Casey County

• 2009 District Horse Show Fees will be $40 which includes (3) performance classes, (1) Showmanship class, (1) Bag of Shavings & (1) Stall for your horse.
• All state/district paperwork will be due at the April 30th District Horse Council Meeting in Taylor County. All forms can be found under the State Show Information section.  
• Agents/leaders be sure that a photo release form is submitted with the normal paperwork. State Stall Request Forms can be completed in advance or at the District Show but will be required for anyone qualifying for state.
Stall assignments will be made by county allowing for (1) tack stall for every 4 horses. Extra shavings will be available on the grounds for $5 per bag. Please help keep the barn clean by picking up after your horse and place manure in the dump area and pick up any trash that is left in and around barns.
• There is to be no parking of trailers by the barn area.
It is highly suggested that a Stall Card be completed for each horse and placed on the front of the stall with zip/cable ties.
• RV Hookups will be $15 for anyone that parks in the RV section and uses electricity. That will be on a first come first serve basis and collected upon arrival at check-in.
• The District Horse Show Committee will have a planning meeting at 7pm May 8th at the Hardin County Extension Office. Additonal details will be posted following the meeting.
