New for 2012, 4-Her's will now be allowed to declare two project horses, one primary horse and one secondary horse. Eligiblility forms on both horses need to be presented to your County Extension Office by May 1st or other date as specified by your county office. The deadline to switch to your secondary horse will be on the day of the first district horse show in the state regardless of which district you reside.
